Notary After 5 PM and Late-Night Appointments
Most notary options in Charlotte disappear at the end of the business day. My evening notary service picks up where they leave off: you choose a time between 7 and 11 PM, and I bring everything needed to complete the notarization at your kitchen table, office, or hotel lobby.
Late-night notary requests are first come, first served, so call or text as early in the day as you can. If I can’t make your window, I’ll tell you right away so you can make other plans.

Documents I Notarize After Hours
Before I arrive, have a valid government photo ID for every signer (see acceptable ID in North Carolina), leave the documents unsigned, and make sure everyone who needs to sign will be there.

North Carolina sets the notary fee at $10 per notarized signature. On top of that, travel and any after-hours fee depend on distance and time of day. I quote the full amount before I head out, so there are no surprises when I arrive.
